If you are unsure what you would like or need, or would like to see items prior to purchase, we can offer ‘virtual shopping’ with pre-booked online video calls. These are free of charge and take place using Zoom.
To book, simply click the link below, select your preferred date, select your time from the slots available and click ‘continue’. Fill in your name, email and phone number, hit ‘confirm’ and follow the checkout process and hit ‘Place Order’ (there is no charge). Once we have received your booking, we will confirm it by sending you an email containing a link to the Zoom session.
Where possible, please try to leave at least two hours between booking and your chosen slot. If this is not possible, please call us and we will work to help you.
