At the end of January 2023, we held our second Truro Wool Knitting & Crochet Retreat at the beautiful Budock Vean Hotel.
It was such a fantastic weekend that we have decided to return there to do it all again in 2024!

The Truro Wool Knitting & Crochet Retreat is all about providing a space to relax and indulge in your favourite yarn hobby with likeminded people in a calm and beautiful setting.
In addition to enjoying many hours of dedicated knitting/crochet time, for those wanting to there’s the chance to enjoy Budock Vean Hotel’s fantastic facilities and grounds too – whether you fancy a dip in the heated indoor pool or outdoor hot-tub, or a meandering walk through the beautiful gardens to the hotel’s private waterfront – all included in the retreat package.
The hotel also has a stunning golf course, a spa, tennis court and kayak hire – though these options aren’t included in the package they can be booked as additions if you’d like to enjoy any of them during the weekend.

What are the options?
We’ve tried to make the retreat as flexible as possible – You have the option to choose to stay in one of the hotel’s more traditional, spacious Standard rooms, or one of the recently refurbished, more contemporary Signature rooms – most of which have views over the gardens and golf course. Finally if you want to come along with a partner or friend, you can share a Standard or Signature room too.

To secure your booking, a £95.00 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. This comprises a £75.00 hotel deposit and a £20.00 Truro Wool booking and admin fee. The balance is payable directly to Budock Vean Hotel prior to departure.
