For those travelling further distances to attend the Truro Wool Knitting and Crochet Retreat 2025, or those simply wishing to extend their stay little longer, additional nights can be added onto your Retreat Weekend booking here.

ADDITIONAL NIGHT PRICES

Budock Vean Hotel is kindly offering reduced rates for additional nights for Retreat participants. The additional night prices for both single and shared (twin) occupancy in either Standard or Signature rooms are detailed below. The prices detailed are per night.

• Standard Room Additional Night Prices:
  • Sole Occupancy
    • Bed & Breakfast: £88.00
    • Dinner Bed & Breakfast: £125.00
  • Shared (Twin) Occupancy
    • Bed & Breakfast: £176.00
    • Dinner Bed & Breakfast: £250.00

• Signature Room Additional Night Prices:
  • Sole Occupancy
    • Bed & Breakfast: £123.00
    • Dinner Bed & Breakfast: £160.00
  • Shared (Twin) Occupancy
    • Bed & Breakfast: £246.00
    • Dinner Bed & Breakfast: £320.00

HOW TO BOOK ADDITIONAL NIGHTS

To add additional nights, follow these steps:

• Select your Room, Occupancy and Board Type: Choose the desired room, occupancy and board type from the options
• Specify Quantity: Use the Quantity field to indicate the number of additional nights you require.
• Add to Basket: Add the selected additional nights to your basket
• Specify Dates: On the checkout page, use the ‘Customer Notes’ field to specify the exact dates of your required extra nights

Please note that the extra nights do not require a deposit or pre-payment and are listed with no value during the booking process. The total cost of your additional nights will be added to your room bill and must be paid directly to the hotel prior to checkout.

To ensure we can manage your full booking effectively, we request that all additional nights are booked through this process and not directly with the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.
