Learn how to create your very own eye-catching crochet wind spinner in this relaxed and creative 3-hour workshop, perfect for confident beginners through to experienced crocheters!
Guided by expert tutor Julie, you’ll choose four shades of Ricorumi DK cotton yarn to personalise your spinner. Julie will walk you through each step – from basic stitches to adding decorative beads and picot edging – so you can leave the session with a beautiful handmade spinner and the confidence to keep creating more!

- 1 x Truro Wool Wind Spinner Crochet Pattern (TW114)
- 4 x 25g balls of Rico Ricorumi DK cotton yarn (your choice of colours)
- 2 x KnitPro Locking Stitch Markers

- 1 x 4mm crochet hook (not included)
Techniques covered:
- Crochet stitches: double crochet, half treble crochet, treble crochet (English Terminology)
- How to make an easy Picot edge
- Adding a hanging loop and beads
- English vs American Terminology (pattern contains both)
- Reading and following a crochet pattern
Skill Level:
- Intermediate – you should be confident with basic stitches like chain, double (UK)/single (US), and treble (UK)/double (US) crochet.

- This workshop is limited to a maximum of 8 participants
Cancellation Policy:
- If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend a workshop you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. A 90% refund will be given if the cancellation is made more than 28 days in advance of the start of your workshop (10% is required to cover administrative costs incurred). Unfortunately, no refund can be given on cancellations made within 28 days of the start of the workshop, however, we would be willing to swap your booking over to another name, should you have a friend or family member that would wish to attend in your place.
- This workshop requires a minimum of 4 participants to run.
- Very rarely circumstances beyond our control may mean that workshops must be cancelled. Should this happen, the cost of your workshop will be fully refunded.
